Had an appointment for 9am 11/13/23 for an oil change, check engine light diagnosis, and check brakes for my 2017 F-350 Deisel. Told Tony I would wait for the oil change and did not hear back until 4:30pm when Tony explained two exhaust sensors were out, and the brake calibers had stuck and gave me the total to do the repairs. I again informed him that the pickup was under warranty, and he came back and said it was all under warranty except for the oil change. Didn't offer a loaner vehicle but gave me a ride home and said they would have it done tomorrow. I said I have to have it back by Wednesday, because I am leaving town, to which Tony assured me it would be done. Tuesday nobody called, so Wednesday I called and was told they just got the parts and would have it done on Friday. I went to their shop at noon and explained I needed the vehicle as promised by today since I am leaving town. Said they would wrap everything up and they would call. 5:30pm no had called, so I called and was told it was done and ready for pickup. When I arrived Tony and another service manager explained that I could bring it back when I returned on Tuesday to schedule the repairs. So nothing was done for the repairs? I asked how much I owed for the oil change, and they said they didn't get that done either~!!! I had an "Appointment" at 9am 3 days ago, and you didn't even get the oil changed? I have been to dealerships for 45 years and have NEVER had such worthless service or customer appreciation. When I returned the following week, I took it to Bowditch Ford, and everything was handled professionally with great attention to customer service.
This is my third F-150 that I owned of the course of last 25 years. I think it is the best one yet. The folks at Wynne Ford are awesome I think I made the right choice with buying my new F-150 XLT from them. My Sales Consultant Justan Bailey was a big help from start to finish with my purchase, he was able to answer all my questions. Everyone I worked with at Wynne Ford did a great job.
Absolutely worst place around. They get more cars in then they can handle and end up selling cars that have issues. This was told to me by a sales associate so it's not me making things up. Since I've bought my car in June 2023 my mother has only seen it once because it's always in the shop. The mechanics who work there also seem to have no idea how to fix things or test things either that or they just don't care. I've been back for issues 5 times in some cases where the ac just won't work or twice when the transmission died only 5 months after I bought the thing they aren't small problems like some Karen would.complain either. I purchased a car wanting it to get back and fourth to work but here I am 2nd time this month with it broke down having to wait until they open to have it towed upmthere for then to say they fixed it when the reality is ill be dealing with this same issue for months seeing as how they run things down there. Probably without a rental car as well. Please NEVER GO HERE.

They did give me a car to drive depending on who was there to help me. Which was nice. Still wish I didn't have to return the car for so many repairs some of which the same repair over and over.
I had an 8:00 am appointment for a front end alignment. I want to know why it took 6 hours for this. Everyone that I have talked to said it shouldn’t have taken over an hour. My service technician was Ellery. No one at Wynne Ford could explain why it took so long. I never received any explanation. They have the worst customer service than any dealer ship that I know. Every vehicle that I own is a Ford. But probably not going forward. I never had this problem when it was Freedom Ford. I am totally disgusted with this dealer ship.

Especially Lauren Austin she is the best Sales Manager I have ever experienced. She is very knowledgeable & professional. I came into the sales department overwhelmed due to a situation I was dealing with in Service.
Lauren was able to ensure me that I was able to walk out with a courtesy car due to My service problem, which was clearly due to Ford and their manufacturing back order, and It was apparent I was inconvenienced for too long.
I am so blessed that I could depend on her and to work it out in my favor. She is highly recommendable and one of the most caring person I’ve ever met. They really do take care of there people
